Responsibilities:
· As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the set of supporting systems, tools, and processes that the Transaction Banking organization needs to be successful in delivering value to clients.
· You will be managing initiatives and platforms that digitally transition the bank to a modern, scalable platform for account and product provisioning, implementation and management.
· You will help define the vision, strategies, and critical paths to achieve the target states for the area, presenting goals and progress to product management and senior executives and collaborating with stakeholders and developers.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in product or program management, preferably in digital banking
- Understanding of cash management, product implementation and service processes
- Proven record of documenting requirements, and developing new capabilities aimed at delivering customer value
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-centered design
- A passion for solving customer problems and creating value
The typical base pay range for this role is between $135K - $179K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
