Formal Education Required: a. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Allied Health, or related field of study preferred, or the equivalent in training and experience
Experience and Training Required: a. Three (3) years related supply distribution, receiving or central processing experience to include two (2) years directing work activities of others with demonstrated leadership skills b. Three (3) years inventory management experience including inventory software experience
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: a. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity b. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational and interpersonal skills c. Ability to work well within a team environment by accepting and offering honest and constructive feedback, supporting team goals and encouraging fellow team members d. Skills to use a computer based inventory system and Microsoft Office Suite

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
