A minimum of 3 years of work experience in facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferredDemonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity.Process Security Office Requests in tandem with vendor requests for on-site access.Assist with vendor invoicing, being the first to review invoices as they post to the system ensuring that they are correct before approving through the pipeline.Strong customer service and problem-solving proficiency.The ability to communicate effectively and provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company.Manages time efficiently with demonstrated ability to multi-task.Familiarity with Mac platform and Microsoft Office programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Must work well under pressure in a demanding environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsFinancial KnowledgeExperience with data entry and reports.

As a member of Real Estate & Development you will operate as a partner to local business units, other internal functional areas. You will at times act as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, and implementer. Having passion and customer-centric focus with a knowledge of Facilities Operations is key.The Operations & Maintenance Coordinator supports managers and peers that coordinate and deliver services associated with operating and maintaining building systems. Including the business and technical administration associated with carrying out these duties. This role will be a key bridge between customers, outside vendors, and team members supporting the overall Facilities Management of campus buildings.We are looking for an experienced and vibrant professional who will excel within an entrepreneurial culture – providing vision, leadership, and communication – but not afraid to dive into details.

Assist with communication and scheduling of contractors and service providers.Assist with financial management, including invoices and purchase requisitions.Perform additional duties as assigned.Maintain information and documentation relevant to vendor services and O&M protocolsProvide technical administrative support for O&M manager and Facilities teamManage work tasks and the processing of associated work orders via internal systemsWorks on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issuesor in making recommendations.Perform additional duties as assigned.May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
