JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate must be EPIC Cupid Certified with a strong foundation in both invasive and non-invasive cardiology workflows. This role involves installing new applications, upgrading existing ones, providing critical go-live and rollout support, troubleshooting cardiology modalities, and ensuring seamless system integration and functionality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Install new applications, components, and upgrade existing applications, ensuring integration and functionality.
Configure and validate application settings, working alongside Application Analysts for optimal setup.
Provide comprehensive go-live and rollout support, including support scheduling and field support coordination.
Support users on new applications, modules, and functionality; oversee application modification analyses.
Evaluate operational workflows, create systems specifications from user requirements, and offer advanced troubleshooting support.
Must Have Skills:
EPIC Cupid Certified Required 3 Years
Prior Epic Cupid build experience is strongly preferred Required 3 Years
Knowledge of the workflow associated with Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology (including Chat and EP Lab workflows) Required 3 Years
Willing to learn and work on other Cardiology systems supported by the team Required 3 Years
Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, vendors peers and management Required 3 Years
