Job Summary:
Perform physical and administrative tasks for shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of products and materials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform basic shipping and receiving functions
- Pull and pick material for production kits and shipments
- Package and prepare products for final shipment
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods and rejected items
- Perform a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operations, including: incoming, in-process, and final inspection
- Assist with creating and maintaining inspection instructions
- Check goods received for alignment with purchase orders or invoices
- Review customer orders and inventory to identify material shortages
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory records using MRP/ERP system
- Properly label and identify material
- Verify and maintain associated stock records, logs, shortage reports and other documentation
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma and 3+ years of work experience
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience and computer aptitude
- Thorough attention to detail
- Strong writing, communication, and numerical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP/MRP experience
- Familiarity with RF microelectronic assemblies
- J-STD-001 and/or IPC 610 certification
