JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a talented UX Researcher II to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing user experience through rigorous research and insights. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their requirements, analysing user data to inform design decisions, and leading user focus groups to collect valuable user insights. Our ideal candidate will be adept at designing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and possess strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable recommendations for product design and improvement.
Interact with clients to gather requirements and set expectations for projects.
Design and conduct qualitative research, including remote IDIs, concept explorations, and usability testing.
Lead and design quantitative UX studies, experiments, and surveys, and analyze the outcomes.
Create user scenarios and stories to facilitate cross-functional team collaboration.
Present findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders, emphasizing data visualization and storytelling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate research data into clear insights.
Proven ability to lead design/UX research projects with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
