GENERAL PURPOSE: The HRIS Lead will take a leadership role on a collaborative team delivering operational excellence and supporting company growth for internal client groups using PeopleSoft HCM. Be responsible for: understanding and documenting HR business requirements/technical specifications, performing technical development and/or configuration, designing test cases, creating test data and performing unit testing, communicating with the client, and supporting the overall delivery including status reporting, dependency management and risk/issue identification and mitigation.
The base salary range for this role is $102,500 - $156,350. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:• Drive system solutions through clear identification of HR business needs, policies and growth plans
• Provide leadership, solid analysis and recommendations to ensure accurate prioritization of system and documentation enhancements and issue resolutions
• Lead HRIS activities to ensure timely and quality implementation of system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements, adhering to change management best practices
• Analyze a chain of events and apply technical and functional knowledge to deliver rapid root cause analysis and resolution
• Expected to perform complex business design and analysis, internal consulting, application testing, and application design reviews
• Take a leadership role in developing and maintaining documentation of system configurations, business rules/processes and user guides to facilitate clear communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Interface with IT, HR, Store Operations and vendors to manage and reduce risk to HRIS supported solutions
• Lead audit processes to ensure correct use of systems, appropriate system access and data integrity
• Provide subject matter expertise in developing HRIS talent

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of experience in HRIS consulting/supporting PeopleSoft HCM
• 5 years of PeopleSoft 9.0 HCM and higher strongly preferred, specifically configuring Security Access Types
• Solid understanding of HR and retail dynamics within a complex, highly integrated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to:
o Lead in a technical role within a high performing HR team
o Work independently
o Review and analyze data to identify and resolve problems
o Use on-line systems/applications to support the work being performed, (Required: PeopleSoft 9.0 HCM or higher, Microsoft Word, Access and Excel (including Power Query and macros)
• Customer focused; motivated to quickly resolve challenges
• Ability to align with all levels of internal and external business partners
• Ability to exercise discretion and accuracy with highly confidential information
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; outstanding listening skills
• Able to articulate issues, build business alignment around recommendations, and drive solutions
• Strongly prefer knowledge depth in PeopleSoft HCM module functionality and security definitions, customization and testing strategies, best practices in Application Designer, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Query, Process Scheduler, Excel to CI.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others. Regular attendance also is a requirement of the position.
