JOB TITLE:
CNC Machinists
JOB DESCRIPTION:
CNC Machinists use a variety of CNC lathes andmills andwork with graphitefor the manufacturing ofparts for various industries, including aerospace, by manufacturing procedures as approved by the FAA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Review blueprints and drawings to determine set-up procedures, machining sequences, and dimensions. Must be able to set up jobs by loading programs, selecting fixtures, part holders, and tooling machine parts to specifications.
Familiarity with CNC machine controls and their functions (adjusting tool offset, indicating fixtures or parts, changing tools, and following along with the part program).
Monitor tools and attachments to ensure parts are properly cooled and lubricated.
Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and surface finishes related to blueprint requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and geometric tolerances.
Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, dial bores, thread gauges, andbasicmeasuring tools.
Full compliance with Adeccos client companys DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must be Forklift Certified- Sit-down
Minimum?5years of experience in lathe; 3 years on CNC Mill/Lathe
Will train candidates with related experience, for example, automotive manufacturing andrepair,and metal fabrication

PAY RANGE:
$23.00 - $28.00/hour DOE
SCHEDULE:
1st shift: Monday- Friday, 6 AM- 2:30 PM
2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM
(OT as needed on Saturday, 7 AM - 12 PM)

Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
