Job Summary
The Denair Unified School District is searching for a collaborative and solution-oriented Information Technology Manager to lead our three-person technology department.
DUSD has approximately 1300 students and 200 employees, with approximately 1600 devices across all schools/work sites. Our technology department helps us create an effective and efficient environment for teachers to teach and students to learn. We are looking for someone who is passionate about both learning about and educating others on new technologies and implementations.
The successful candidate will have a firm understanding of:
Data, specifically how it relates to student information systems and ultimately state reporting
IT operations, such as enterprise networking, system administration, end-user support & customer service
Backup and recovery best practices
School technology needs
IT security best practices, including content filtering, access control, firewalls, VLANs
Current market technology for the purpose of quoting and purchasing cost effective and functional equipment
Inventory management, Including how to administer and track devices assigned to users and locations

DUSD is a small, rural district, just east of Turlock, in the California Central Valley. The district serves approximately 1300 PK-12 students and offers a variety of innovative programs for students and families. Requirements / Qualifications

-Provide T.B. clearance documentation
-Obtain DOJ Fingerprint clearance through our district (candidate to incur cost of fingerprinting of fee $57.00)after hire
-Resume ( at least 5 years of job related experience)
-Letter of Introduction
-3 letters of recommendation( with in the past 3 years)
-Possession of valid California Driver's License
- Proof of HS graduation
