Here's what you'll do:

• Become a whiz at event planning & webinars (coordinating speakers, managing logistics, creating reports)
• Process and fulfill certification orders, ensuring smooth delivery
• Support member companies with their learning & development needs
• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• 2+ years of administrative experience with a knack for efficiency
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and data entry skills
• A love of learning and a passion for helping others grow
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite & database management (Fonteva a plus)

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Salesforce
• A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
