New position for Nursing Administrative Supervisor. SBH Health System seeks a Nursing Administrative Supervisor to join the nursing team.

The Nursing Administrative supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies. They manage staff, delegate tasks, and coordinate workflow in the absence of the Nursing Director.

The Nursing Supervisor functions within the Nursing Organizational structure and has responsibilities to plan, direct, control, coordinate and implement policies and procedures and/or programs relative to unit operations and nursing services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or closely related degree preferred.
• Active New York State Registered Nurse license
• Minimum (3) years nursing experience with including (2) year in a leadership position.
• Concern for professional growth and awareness of health care and social trends.
