Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, prospective residents, and vendors
Ensure exceptional tenant satisfaction and uphold to property curb appeal standards
Support the Resident Manager in day-to-day operations
Stay updated on changing VA and MD laws and complete Fair Housing training for compliance
Assist with leasing activities, including showing apartments, responding to inquiries, and conducting tours
Coordinating maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and purchase orders
Assist with apartment turnover, move-ins, move-outs, and related administrative tasks
Provide support in accounting tasks and ensure accurate documentation
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Previous experience in apartment management or similar roles
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required; Fair housing certification is a plus
Availability to work Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and Thursday evenings on a rotating basis
