Key responsibilities (title) What you'll be doing day to day
Key responsibilities (text) Serving as a member of Store Management team and together with the Country Store Fulfilment Operations team, leads and develops the Store Business agenda. Securing a strong retail foundation and the right preconditions for growth, contributing to a seamless customer experience with a safe, effective and efficient logistic process in the store. Taking direct accountability for the following:
• Leading, steering, planning and supporting Store Logistics operations.
• Developing and executing all goods flow, stock accuracy and capacity planning operations within the retail store.
• Leading and inspiring the Logistics team and together secure goods availability and seamless customer order fulfillment at high quality and lowest possible cost.
• Securing an everyday safe, sustainable and healthy environment for co-workers and customers
• Collaborating with the Store Management team to create the store business and logistic action plans along.
• Securing sufficient store fulfillment capacity, in line with the commercial direction, changing customer behaviors and product range.
• Contributing to achieving long-term profitability in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
• Leading, attending and contributing to cross functional store meetings and forums as applicable.
