Responsibilities- Recruiter/Account Manager and Sales Support Specialist:

• Provide client support via phone calls, emails, and face to face interactions
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees for effective employee recruitment
• Onboard and train new employees through customized training and onboarding orientations
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Supply management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Make outbound cold and warm calls for business development
• Conduct outside sales visits and business development activities
• Drive business development and general sales efforts
• Connect with clients through social media, including LinkedIn, for client support

Qualifications- Recruiter/Account Manager and Sales Support Specialist:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Sales oriented individual
• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, recruitment, or related industry
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Preferred knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with employees and clients
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent service
• Highly responsible and self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must pass a series of pre employment screenings
