ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct M - Tech administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to database management, data mining, report generation, and report writing. Facilitate with management and end users in the Live Operation division to identify, track, and report on key performance indicators. Manage databases and reports related to feed ingredients, feed formulas, crop basis, etc. Collaborate with M - Tech Project Team to evaluate current M - Tech usage and functionality. Direct Business Intelligence Analyst to implement new functionality in software solutions, including, but not limited to M - Tech. Manage accounting functions related to Live Operations, including, but not limited to cost reconciliations and inventory counts. Communicate with the Grow out and Live Haul team daily relating to bird weights, schedule modifications and planning for future harvest dates. Govern the design, documentation, and maintenance of M - Tech system processes. Serve as the coordinator of common sources of technical issues in M - Tech and other platforms and make recommendations to the product / development team. Identification of ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the end user. Lead the implementing new software and functionality within the Live Operations division while collaborating with the IT Department.
