Job Description

AECOM/Tishman has an immediate opportunity for a seasoned Construction Project Manager for our exciting project in Belmont, NY.

Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:

BS Construction Managment, Engineering or similar curriculum and 6 years of progressive Construction Project Managment experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in Core & Shell construction projects including foundation, structural steel, concrete superstructure, unitized curtain wall, stone veneer, etc.
Experience working with MEP trades for site utilities, and sequencing/scheduling MEP interiors installation.
Construction Project Management experience on large ground up construction projects.
Experience coordinating subcontracted trades.
Experience in construction sequencing/scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience with construction documentation.
