Schedule:Wednesday Thursday 9:30am 6:30pm, Friday 8:00am 5:00pm, Saturday 8:15am 4:00pm, Sunday 8:30am 1:00pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and visitors
- Checking patients in and out and taking co-payments
- Scheduling and maintaining patient appointments
- Maintain heavy call volume
- Filling out forms
- Verifying and scanning patient insurance
- Generating referrals
- Filing and pulling charts
- Confirming patient appointments for the next day
- Queueing prescriptions for doctor approval

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Intermediate computer literacy / ability to navigate a Windows based system
- Available to work weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of medical office experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret information from others
