QUALIFICATIONS: * Posses organizational skills and familiarity with recordkeeping * Knowledge of employee benefit and health/dental insurance programs and wellness programs. * Knowledge of risk management practices, environmental safety policies and regulations, governmental operations procedures. * Ability to perform a variety of general business functions relating to risk management, liability, and work injury claims. * Experience working with the public in a positive manner * Experience working as part of a team. * Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. * Ability to pay close attention to detail while being thorough and accurate. * Possess outstanding communication skills in person, in writing and over the phone * Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Five (5) years of increasingly responsible technical and/or analytical experience in the field of employee benefits and risk management. * Some Experience working in a School District/County Personnel or Business Department is highly desired REQUIREMENTS: Must pass a District administered proficiency examination.
