Job Abstract
HP Inc.'s Supply Chain is undergoing an accelerated transformation toward functional excellence. To help ensure our teams are Future Ready, the organization is seeking a highly-committed professional to lead a team in the development and execution of an advanced and comprehensive learning and development (L&D) program. The successful candidate is proficient at delivering leading-edge learning strategies to elevate the organization's overall capabilities, and platforms that enable the development of top supply chain talent. The Supply Chain L&D Manager will report to the Director of Supply Chain Communications & Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Defining learning blueprints that provide practical and foundational skillset development for every job grade and level
Instituting and overseeing a robust competency assurance structure for supply chain acumen.
Collaborating with HR to design incentives and strategies for talent empowerment.
Curating and managing a diverse spectrum of training models.
Organizing and facilitating immersive onboarding globally that ensures a seamless introduction to HP's supply chain organization and supplier ecosystem.
Committing to driving supply chain as a competitive business advantage.
Achieving tangible results through judicious goal setting and execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with HP's Talent, Learning & Development organization
Essential Requirements:
10+ years' experience leading Human Resource Development, Certification & Training Program Leadership, or Learning Experience Design organizations.
Proficiency in orchestrating collaborative engagements within distributed/remote teams across multiple time zones.
Preparedness for travel, with an ability to accommodate up to 15% of work-related trips.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Continuous improvement mindset
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a small team of adult learning professionals
Legally authorized to work within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience collaborating with HR on comprehensive skills assessment strategies.
Proficiency in devising strategies to address skill disparities and formulating pragmatic solutions.
Familiarity with SCOR model and other SC industry associations
Aptitude in mapping job roles to competencies for enhanced workforce effectiveness.
Accountability, ownership, and an ethical compass in decision-making.
Develops potent solutions based on available data and insights.
Thrives within fluid, continually evolving landscapes.
Experience managing vendor relationships and budget
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
