Collaborate with leadership and clinical staff on initiatives to increase engagement and retention while maintaining standard of care
Strategize and drive care delivery initiatives within organization
Facilitate learning opportunities for clinical staff through partnership with clinical educator
Foster positive relationships amongst nursing staff and ensure successful assimilation of new hires
