The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) is a public agency that provides academic services and enrichment opportunities for students, teachers and the community, as well as critical business services for school districts. NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. NCOE also operates numerous federal and state grants including a robust AmeriCorps program and state-wide projects supporting Special Education students. Job Summary
GENERAL INFORMATION:
It is the responsibility of the Business Process Analyst to organize and perform a wide variety of fiscal, compliance, and technical duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the Community Programs department.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
• The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and/or at least three (3) years of advanced level accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of California public and private education system, state laws, and federal governance.
• Experience of an extraordinary, related nature may be substituted for degree requirements.
