Reporting, Data Analysis, and Auditing: Analyze and monitor the performance of each brand's marketing campaigns, providing reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness. Conduct campaign performance analysis for lead-generating platforms like Google LSA, Next. Door, HomeAdvisor, and others. Identify trends in performance, success, and areas of improvement. Social and Reputation Management- Plan and execute organic social media content with each brand. Build and manage the calendar, coordinating with each brand on post approvals, content creation, and more. Budget and Spend Management- Monitor and report on the marketing budget for each brand. Complete month-end closeouts for each brand, allocating marketing spend accurately including following up on invoices to confirm accuracy in pricing and payment confirmations. Brand Communication: Organize marketing meeting decks, be prepared to lead parts of the meeting, and give updates on marketing initiatives when applicable. Continuously update presentation decks showcasing growth-driving activities, new marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and more. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. 2 years of marketing experience within in-home service, local business, multi-site business, retail or hospitality is preferred. Demonstrated understanding of marketing, including but not limited to SEO principles, PPC, LSA, online review management, and social media. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
