Job Summary/Company: A regional home improvement company has partnered with Sparks Group in seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Representative to join their team and drive sales of HVAC systems at this big box store location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads among members, particularly targeting those with HVAC systems that are 10+ years old and out of warranty, as well as new homeowners in need of servicing. This role requires a proactive and outgoing individual who can engage with customers in a friendly manner and effectively communicate the benefits of our HVAC products and services.
This candidate will be able to earn competitive hourly pay + bonus commission!
Responsibilities:
Proactively approach box order customers to identify potential leads for HVAC system replacement or servicing.
Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, addressing their needs and concerns regarding HVAC systems.
Educate customers on the benefits of upgrading their HVAC systems, emphasizing energy efficiency, cost savings, and improved comfort.
Collect customer contact information and follow up with leads to schedule appointments or provide additional information.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing sales.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to coincide with the stores peak shopping times.
