Key job responsibilities Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and services to market. Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry. About the team Recipient Experience (REX) - Our mission is to deliver reliable and innovative solutions that allows the business to optimize targeting and sending post order transactional notifications WW and enables end-customers to receive timely order updates and prompts to take action when needed. We strive to create technology and system that is user-friendly, efficient, SLA driven and serves as a central platform for multiple businesses to manage their transactional notifications. Our team is dedicated to continuously improving our products by adding communication channels, reduce cost to deliver, improve experimentation velocity and reduce operational load to stay ahead of the curve and meet the evolving needs of our customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
