Salary: 73,000 - 76,000 / based on experience

Other Forms of Compensation: Annual Performance Review, Flexible Paid Time Off, Benefits, 401K, Training

Job Summary

Working as the Director of Food & Nutrition Services you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and oversight of all culinary programs at the location.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Maintains excellent relationships with the client
Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
Creating nutritious and top quality menus and food for patients and employees
Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teaM
Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products
Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

BS Hospitality degree preferred
Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
Culinary experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Financial and business acumen
Excellent communication skills
