Nevro also recently added a minimally invasive treatment option for patients suffering from chronic sacroiliac joint ("SI joint") pain and now provides the most comprehensive portfolio of products in the SI joint fusion space, designed to meet the preferences of physicians and varying patient needs in order to improve outcomes and quality of life for patients.

The Failure Analysis Lab Technician supports the product complaint investigations in the Post Market Quality failure analysis lab by processing product complaint returns, managing/organizing the lab and dispositioning completed product investigations.

• Manage and maintain the returned product investigation (failure analysis) lab.
• Process & document returned goods related to product complaints.
• Organize received packages in the mail room and the Failure Analysis lab.
• Collaborate with appropriate Technical Services and Field Representatives to resolve any administrative issues found during receipt of return process.
• Pack and document the returned goods for which investigation was completed, for storage in our warehouse.

• Effectively escalate complex investigations to more senior engineers.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school degree or higher, preferably a medical or technical degree.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Can work independently in a team environment.
• Organized.
• Detail-oriented.

$20.45 - $28.12 The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
