Location: open to any Elevance Health office location
**this position will work a hybrid model (remote and office) which requires working in the nearest Elevance Health office 1-2 days per week. The rest of the time would be working remotely (from home). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health office locations.**
The Project Director will be responsible for identifying key people to bring about change and develops a network of contacts and targets specific people to achieve project goals and objectives.

- Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms.
- Develops requirements documents.
- Develops project approval matrix.
- Identifies project team training and tool needs.
- Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase.
- Defines critical success factors.
- Establishes and manages the project warranty period.

Minimum requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 9 years professional project management experience, which at least 7 years are spent leading and directing large project tasks; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred skills, capabilities, and experiences:
- Awareness of significant contributing factors to manage project change and demonstration of a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the critical IT dependencies strongly preferred.
- Significant experience / business subject expertise related to Health Plan systems, Network development, Provider payment models, Value Based Care Operations strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into work structure and governance, align executive stakeholders, mitigate issues and manage execution of key business deliverables
- Masters in Project Management preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Able to work standard East Coast hours preferred (9-5 EST).

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $125,840 to $171,600.
