The Emergency Services RN Assistant Director will become part of a transformative healthcare system that has been serving the New York suburbs for over a century, extending its reach through numerous hospitals and specialty clinics. This full-service, acute care hospital is renowned for its integrated care system, which prioritizes community diversity while delivering the highest quality medical care. As a Level II Trauma Center with over 350 beds, the facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment to best support its patients and clinicians.
The Emergency Services Associate Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and oversee the daily operations and needs of a dynamic, large-scale Emergency Department. They will be part of an integrated internal structure, fostering effective working relationships with other department leaders and staff to ensure excellent patient care. The Emergency Services RN Assistant Director will be responsible for managing processes, driving quality improvement, and monitoring clinical standardization requirements within the department.
