Education and Experience Profile
Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 prior customer service/contact experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
Required Skills
Excellent telephone and communication skills (both oral and written).
Organizational skills.
Computer and typing skills averaging 40wpm.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Work Environment
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
