Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources business Partner to play a key role in our Beretta U.S. A. HR Department. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting our employees and organizational goals. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, with a focus on recruitment, retention, and employee relations.... more details Key responsibilities:Recruiting and Onboarding:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer letters. Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities, including orientation and training. Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Employee relations:Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or issues and recommend appropriate resolutions. Training and Development:Assist in the development and implementation of training programs required by department. Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals and coaching. HR Compliance:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, personnel data, and HR reports. Stayed informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and recommend updates to policies and procedures as needed. Payroll support:Serves as backup and assists with some payroll processing tasks, such as data entry, payroll calculations, and reporting. Ensures that employee data, personal information, tax withholdings, and bank account information are accurate and up to date. Oversees timekeeping systems and processes to ensure accurate recording of hours worked, including regular hours, overtime, vacation time, sick leave, and other time-off requests. Events and special projects:Organize events to engage employees, promote company culture and support HR initiatives, such as Wellness program. Lead and participate in special projects that support HR initiatives and strategic objectives. This could include employee engagement, talent management, performance management and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Any form of HR certification (s) preferred . to 5 years of experience of HR practices in a manufacturing or distribution facility. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of HR principles and employment related laws and regulations. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Working demands:Onsite office work. Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Prolong periods working on a computer. Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S. Ability to walk around the factory floor. Ability to lift and transport up to 15 lbs.
