Position Summary
The Nursing Program of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences invites applications for a full-time faculty member (one year appointment) to assume didactic and clinical teaching responsibilities within the undergraduate nursing program. Candidates with a demonstrated record of professional and clinical experience, teaching, and curriculum development are encouraged to apply.
We are specifically seeking candidates with expertise in the following areas:
Pediatric Nursing
Pathophysiology and Pharmacology
Medical Surgical Nursing
Research and Evidence Based Practice
Essential Duties
Teaching assigned courses (including didactic, lab, and clinical teaching); collaborating with course faculty for course planning, advisement, and curriculum development; participation in program, school and University committees; service and scholarship in line with program expectations.

Required Qualifications
-Unencumbered Registered nurse license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. -Minimum of a master’s degree in nursing. -Demonstrated record of professional and clinical experience, teaching, and curriculum development. -Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.
Preferred Qualifications
-Familiarity with varied instructional delivery methods.
-Doctoral degree is preferred.
