Initial Credential Issued Prior to 1/1/2022 • Single Subject Credential in PE • Multiple Subject Credential with a PE Supplemental Authorization Initial Credential Issued After 1/1/2022 • Single Subject Credential in Dance • Multiple Subject Credential with a Dance Supplemental Authorization
