Minimum Qualifications:
1.Formal Education Required: a.High school graduate or GED equivalent. b.Enrolled in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or Medical Laboratory Technology program.
2.Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: a. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity. b.Manual dexterity sufficient to manipulate phlebotomy equipment, other specimen equipment, and laboratory computer equipment.
3.Level of Physical Demands: a.Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
