Job Description:
Developing and maintaining the both public cloud and on-premises VoIP systems, using VoIP devices such as SBC (session border controller), SBA (Survivable Branch Appliances), FreeSwitch Server, RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) Engine and PSX (Policy and Routing Software Edition). Implement the long-term goal of tooling and automation of operation and maintenance. Solve repetitive and standardized tasks and operations to meet various scenarios of operation and maintenance Demand. According to product business requirements, participate in architecture or program design, assist the company's VoIP-related product projects in DevOps implementation. Combine business development to continuously optimize and improve overall productivity and efficiency. Troubleshoot all problems related to VoIP, SBC, PSX, etc. Responsible for the production platform monitoring alarm/fault analysis/automated operation and maintenance tools, improving the system and service monitoring system, log management system. Understand the cutting-edge technology and promote DevOps technology evolution and technological innovation. Design and write VoIP automated tools.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience in telephone system and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) technology; VoIP, RTP, SRTP, Networking, TCP/TLS protocol; Cloud Platform solution, AWS, OCI; Linux, Redis, MySQL, Keepalive, LVS, etc.; and WebRTC, P2P, STUN, TURN. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
