How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Position: Priority Seller
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Target Base Salary Range: $57k - $68k (DOE, position also comes with a monthly auto allowance and mileage reimbursement)
Priority Seller provides “bench strength” while gaining valued branch and product knowledge. Provides day to day sales for branch operations and profitability, including sales, sales growth, monitors gross margins, assists customer service on sales transactions, monitors inventory, and works to promote community relations.
- Support branch inside sales estimated 25% of time pending Area’s discretion while calling on Priority related accounts with an estimated 75% of time
- Priority Seller will act as a floater between all branches within each area’s respective District
- Noted accounts will not be related to any Y partnerships
- Priority customers to call on will represent the respective districts top 200 margin dollar customers (# tbd per area)
- Assigned customers will require a mix of phone calls and in-person visits
- Collaborates with outside sales to ensure order accuracy and properly scheduled customer deliveries.

Are you a MATCH?
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
- One to three years of experience in an industrial retail, inside sales, customer service and/or inventory control related position.
- Proficient working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to interact in a professional, respectful and courteous manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others in both favorable and unfavorable situations regardless of status of position.
- Accepts cultural diversity and establishes effective working relationships.
- Ability to clearly communicate by via phone, email or in person with customers, sales staff, Branch Manager and all the other branch personnel.
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, minimum liability insurance as required by state of vehicle registration.
