As a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Trade and Working Capital, you contribute significantly to a team that innovates and supports the sales process in architecting comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Job responsibilities
- Executes the configuration and modification of the firm’s existing products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
- Develops training and collateral to support the Sales team
- Oversees the aggregation and analysis of relevant client and market data to support the Solutions team in delivering impactful solutions
- Engages with technical roles on the client team to field and answer product queries
- Contributes to implementation for new and existing Programs within Structured Solutions Trade Products
- Participates as a member of the deal team partnering with Transactors, Program Managers, Product, Sales and Operations
- Prioritizes workflow and coordinate incoming work to the appropriate stakeholders
- Handles ad hoc reporting for Internal and external clients
- Maintains SOPs as responsibilities shift through changes in region and global practices.
- Contributes to Audits and Control Testing
- Participates in ongoing Trade initiatives and projects
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products
- Proficient technical knowledge of the cluster of products and exposure to the sales cycle
- Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications
- Knowledge of Trade Finance products
- Working with teams across all regions of the globe
- Comfortable working in within deadlines and interacting with multiple stakeholders including Sales, Product, Corporate banking legal and operations
- Detail oriented with an audit and compliance mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word for various monitoring and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Implementation experience working with Trade, Loan and Credit systems
