We are seeking to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk position with a motivated individual that is looking to develop their skills and contribute to a meaningful cause.
We are looking for candidates who have two years of accounting experience, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate strong organizational abilities, excel in customer service and interpersonal interactions, can work independently, pay close attention to detail and accuracy, perform accounting clerical functions, have knowledge of accounts payable, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: $23/hr.
Schedule: Day shift
Accounts Payable Clerk daily tasks:
Monitor the AP e-mail
Post payments
Create excel spreadsheets
Process accounting documents such as invoices
Proofing accounting expenditure documents
Updating and maintaining accounting logs and expenditure database
Filing documents
