Our Digital Health “Pipeline Management” product enables clinical development teams to gain a comprehensive perspective of their pipeline and drive strategic conversations around operational delivery. It enables them to track progress towards business priorities, compare against internal and external benchmarks, and use filters to drill into performance at a country, brand, trial, or site level. This product drives informed decision making from business leaders to in-country study team experts delivering immense value to customers.

The Sr. Product Director, Pipeline Management Lead works across multiple, complex product initiatives across our innovative drug development suite. Accountable to the Head of Product, you will apply your specialized knowledge in product strategy and management to guide the exploration, development, and implementation of the app's features and capabilities. Your leadership will ensure these elements contribute to the strategic goals focused on generating maximum value for all customers.

The job holder works in close partnership with other members of Evinova product team, IT, data science, process owners and external partners.

Accountabilities:

As a senior member of the Product team, you will be responsible for orchestrating sophisticated product development and strategy. This includes formulating a forward-thinking product strategy, crafting the communication of product vision, leading the end-to-end product development process, and building strategic partnerships with key cross-functional leaders. You will also act as a change agent, embedding new tools and technologies into the business, measuring success, and gathering impactful stories.

Essential:

- 7+ years of experience in trial execution, operations, and management within life sciences

-Bachelor’s degree in related field

- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and being responsible for complex product development projects in global organizations

- Adept at navigating and collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed stakeholders and project teams

- Proven leadership abilities, particularly in engaging and influencing senior leaders

- Exceptional communication skills encompassing presentation, facilitation, storytelling, consulting, and leadership

- Superior organizational and time management skills

- Creative and visionary thinking

Desirable:

- An advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Technology

- Mastery in SAFe/Agile methodologies, design thinking, and GxP compliance

- A distinguished history of delineating project parameters and roadmaps

- Entrepreneurial, user-focused philosophy

This role is aligned to our Gaithersburg MD location. Remote or travel constructs are not available for this position.
