Job Title: Accounting Assistant

This opportunity will focus primarily on providing financial, clerical & administrative services to ensure efficient, timely & accurate processing of payable invoices.

Job Responsibilities

• Payables
  • Processing maintenance invoices from national charge accounts
  • Processing credit card payments to maintenance vendors
  • Processing customer reimbursement requests
  • Opening charge accounts with maintenance vendors where applicable
  • Vehicle registration and title transaction payments
  • Miscellaneous vendor payments
• Entering mileage updates from invoices
• Maintain vehicle lists for vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years experience in similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional time management, planning & organizational skills
• Management of multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work
• Ability to demonstrate ownership & responsibility
• Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers
• Thrive working individually in a fast-paced environment in addition to working within a team
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

What Motorlease Offers

• Salary: $40,000-$48,000
