As a Salesforce Technical Architect with 9 -10 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet our organization's evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, customizing Salesforce applications, and overseeing deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, perform system integrations, and architect solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and features, leveraging them to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including customizations, unmanaged packages, configurations, and integrations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilizing Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 & 2, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement, with a keen interest in staying updated with Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
