Position Overview:
Seeking an Operations Change Management Professional to be part of the Servicing Product Support team in Single Family Servicing and Portfolio Division. The group is responsible for business analysis and project management on production applications that are currently supported within Servicing Operations. This group supports initiatives, light enhancement, break fixes, data corrections, End User Computing (EUC), Pilots and infrastructure changes. The Operational Management & Development organization manages change management, business management and data governance activities across Servicing Operations. The goal of the organization is to ensure that the lines of business within Servicing Operations are functioning effectively and efficiently, including: adoption of new tools and processes, project management, business case development, business analysis, business management, management reporting, data governance, reporting and analytics, production support, and user acceptance testing.

The Servicing Product Support team oversees operational processes supporting the Single family servicing applications and businesses.
Your Impact:
Provide production and application support for servicing applications which includes analysis/issue resolution related to these applications
Identify and implement process improvements
Resolve urgent and immediate requests by various users; triage issues and exceptions, work with the business area and IT support teams to identify and resolve items, ensure root-cause analysis is performed
Participate in all project cycle phases: includes coordinating with Project Managers/Test lead and business to identify business requirements
Serve as liaison between business area, IT and other internal customers
Ability to address requests from business partners regarding baseline issues and ad hoc research
Perform Business Analysis functions – requirement definition – both Agile and waterfall methodologies
Identify UAT pre-conditions – which include but not limited to test data preparation.
Create Test scenarios and Test Cases both manual and automation
Execute Test Cases and capture results
Able to write and maintain simple automated scripts
Qualifications:
2-4 years' experience in testing, business/data analysis and research
College Degree or equivalent experience
Candidate must be self-motivated and proactive
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Independent data mining skills
Basic skill/experience working with SQL, writing queries and executing scripts
Ability to work under normal supervision
Interest in learning new business concepts and affinity for technical resolution in order to support product and/or business process development
Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word and other document writing tools
Good written and verbal communication
Prior experience in the secondary mortgage industry is desirable.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $86,000 - $130,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
