The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
Complete expense reports and handle travel budget.
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, including compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Minimum qualifications:
5 years of experience working in general administration or executive assistant or secretary.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to manage stakeholders at executive levels with clear written and verbal communication.
Excellent communication, organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
A high degree of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain complete confidentiality of extremely sensitive, proprietary information
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
