As the Women’s Services Nurse Leader, you will champion the hospital’s philosophy and drive advancement in healthcare by leading a dynamic team in implementing evidence-based practices, developing patient safety goals, and fostering a culture of shared decision-making. With over 3,200 births/annually, you will spearhead the operational management and strategic planning of 15 LD beds, 5 triage rooms, antepartum, and 3 ORs, all while providing oversight to a dedicated team of 70+ FTE’s. Effective communication, adaptability, and a high emotional intelligence is essential for successful interaction with staff, physicians, and hospital executives. Close collaboration with the Senior Nurse Director of the Women’s and Children’s Service Line to drive initiatives and achieve department goals will be paramount. Nurses with a BSN and experience in leadership is highly preferred. Candidates with their MSN, MHA, or CNOR are strongly encouraged to apply!
