Job Abstract

We're hiring for a Health Insurance Sales Executive in the greater Monrovia, CA area on a direct hire basis! Pay ranges from $57k-$69k dependent upon hire and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Use CRM to schedule, develop prospects, and document all sales activities.
• Fulfill marketing goals and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
• Create proposals and guide clients on the benefits that best meet their needs (e.g., medical, dental, vision).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services (all-in-one solutions).

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in the health insurance industry.
• An active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance is a plus.
• Must be bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Competent in computer applications - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction within the company and with assigned accounts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation abilities to effectively facilitate resolutions.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a career-oriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive, growth-oriented learning attitude.
