Job Description:

The?Quality Assurance Administrator verifies fieldwork done by?partners and W2's?by physically driving/walking routes?to validate compliance by the AT&T playbook.?This individual must be familiar with all aspects of outside Telecommunications plant?to include copper and fiber drops.

Familiarity with all aspects?of drop bury work to include calling in locates, managing partners, communicating with customers, communicating with AT&T vendor managers, documentation of daily duties and providing real time updates to work completed via back-office software.?Candidates must have knowledge of telephone industry standards and the ability to meet or exceed business unit goals while maintaining quality standards, controlling expenses, and following company and business unit directives and practices.
