The successful candidate will have extensive experience spanning multiple technical areas relating to S2P including sourcing, contracting, operational procurement, supplier management, invoice management & and consolidation, and accounts payables through ERP system (S/4).
This role will be responsible for leading the execution of the S2P strategic roadmap through technology solution design S2P applications and its integration with external and/or internal applications. Responsible for implementation of S2P processes and its integration with FI-AP module. This includes activities such as- business requirements gathering, authoring functional specification, system configuration, deployment, testing and production support.
Specific Requirements include:
- 10+ years experience in Technology S2P program, managing Vendor Data & sub-systems within S/4, & MDG
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant professional experience
- SAP Business Analyst expertise in S2P and SAP FI-AP with configuration, maintenance, data migration and support of Business Partner and Vendor Master data for use in PO, invoice, and payment.
- Extensive SAP Systems Analyst experience with configuration of SAP vendor master Account Groups, Field Status and Screen Layout for data analysis, data cleansing and provide recommendation in harmonizing the usage of fields for business process improvement.
- Subject Matter Expert in all SAP vendor master fields at general data segment, company code data, purchasing organization data which includes payment terms, tax number, bank details, withholding tax along with deletion flag and posting block indicator.
- Previously led or deployed SAP vendor master data configuration and usage of MDG Business Partner Function and Permitted Payee functionality.
- Ability to write functional specification for Rest and SOAP API integration method between SAP and various subsystems via BTP integration suite, to develop SAP custom program which requires data transformation, substitution, and custom validation.
- Experience in writing test scripts for bi-direction API integration of SAP with an external SaaS application and their successful execution
- Experienced change agent in deploying, integrating, and maintaining S2P ERP technology and systems to include MDG, SAP ECC, S/4.
- Expert of upstream and downstream partner Source to Pay solutions and processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of progressive SAP hands on experience leading up to Architect level work in a consultative and/or IT capacity with at least 1 SAP project implementation of medium complexity, medium scale, and global user base
- Experience in the Implementation of SAP Finance Accounts Payable and SAP S2P along with hands on experience in APEX Analytix / SAP Ariba.
- Expertise in the integration of SAP Ariba or Coupa with SAP MDG and SAP ECC ERP 6.0 or S/4
- Hands on experience with APEX Analytix LLC product Vendor Registration module integration with SAP S/4 HANA MDG and SAP ECC ERP 6.0
- Hands-on experience in
- Experience leading end-to-end implementations to include multi-system integrations as a solution architect simultaneously with other SAP projects
- Served as the conduit between engagement team, business, vendors, and engineering groups
- Agile experience adhering to IT/SAP project methodologies, and change control processes
- Exposure with senior leadership with some ability to engage, influence and collaborate with cross-functional senior management in a strategic and tactical manner, open to feedback and coaching
