Under the direction of the Director of Fiscal Services, plan, coordinate, organize, and manage the purchasing and warehousing personnel, programs, and services for the District; oversee and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel; participate and coordinate the bidding process for school construction, facilities, and expansion; perform high-level and complex purchasing transactions. This is a Management position.

SELECTION PROCESS
The process will include an evaluation of application materials scheduled for the week of May 13, 2024. A limited number of candidates demonstrating the strongest qualifications will be invited to appear before a panel at the end of May that will appraise general and technical qualifications through an oral examination. All notifications are done via e-mail.
Candidates who successfully pass the examination process will be placed on an eligibility list. Those candidates in the top three ranks will be invited to participate in a final selection interview.
The final selection interview will be scheduled approximately 7-14 days after participation in the general and technical qualification examination. The person selected will serve a probationary period of one year.
