Production Operator, Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay Rate: $21.19, eligible for overtime on as need basis.
Shift: Night Shift 2 pm – 10:30 pm (Training will be on Day Shift 6am – 5pm)
As a Production Operator, you will be an important part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them! You will work in a distribution center setting packing, moving, and preparing product for shipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and in accordance with instruction.
- Monitor the quality output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production record so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Must maintain acceptable attendance levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Able to communicate and work with all departments and all levels of management and employees within the business unit.
- Basic Microsoft Application skills - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- SAP experience not required but is preferred.
- Forklift experience not required but is preferred.
- Must be able to use ladders as needed.
- Two to five years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
