MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: BS or PharmD in Pharmacy; Epic Certification within 6 months of employment; Registered with Texas State Board of Pharmacy If licensure by reciprocity or if new pharmacy graduate, must obtain Texas license within the first 90 days of employment; Pharmacy PGY1 or PGY2 specialty residency preferred
Work Experience:
2 years Pharmacy Operations experience preferred, 1+ year Information Technology/Clinical Systems experience preferred
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Communication Skills: Writing/Composing (Correspondence/Reports)
