As the Sr Private Banker, you will use your expertise in bank products and procedures to ensure success across the team. You will perform Private Banker responsibilities with a focus on any key client relationships. You’ll build strong partnerships with Business Bankers/Relationship Managers and help develop client strategies to win business. You will work effectively across the organization and provide input and help implement new bank-wide initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include
- Assist Business Bankers/Relationship Managers with business development and set a standard for excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Provide hands on coaching to bankers and associates.
- Partner with Business Bankers/Relationship Managers to identify and develop strategies for client industries and to make the team successful.
- Leverage data and reporting to track the success of the team and make changes where necessary.
- Work with all areas of Citizens to provide input for the design and implementation of new products, services and policies and procedures.
- Work with other team members, including Relationship Managers, loan processors and client liaisons, to provide a more efficient sales and workflow environment.
- Adhere to the applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.), as well as Bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Five+ years of experience in a professional financial services role working with private bank clients
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- A commitment to be a collaborative team player
- Knowledge of banking operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
Hours & Work Schedule:
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
